Hope this isn't too obvious a choice, but I happened to have been listening to this one just this morning and it--again--blew my mind:

The LIG is a 19-minute jazz-jam fest that flows effortlessly into a hard rocking, and then mid-section-spacey Other One, but the real treat is the picture perfect butter-melt of Other One into the It's a Sin Blues Jam, which settles like a butterfly on a rose petal into Stella Blue. A gorgeous transition, smooth as silk.

this Stella is also one of the very few that ends on its own, w/out transitioning into some wildly disturbing "round and Round or equally annoying Bob-bopper.
